OUR HERD
We use careful crossbreeding and selection to maintain an Angus-type herd that thrives under a year-round grazing system. From May through October, our cattle graze a rotation of tame and native pastures, with frequent moves to optimize their nutrition and promote healthy soils and grasslands. From November through April, we use swath grazing and bale grazing to keep our cattle out on the land.

All of our beef is produced from calves born right here on the pastures of our farm, where they spend their entire lives and are grass finished during their third summer on our very best pastures. We don't rush their growth and we don't take any short cuts. Our goal is steady growth for a full 26 to 28 months, until the beef is perfectly finished.
